JUST SAW: Choke (2008) Based on Chuck Palahniuk’s book, it is the story of Victor Mancini: a medical school dropout and a sex-addict working as an employee in a Colonial theme park and as a sideline, plays on the sympathies of those who save him from choking to death in restaurants to pay for his demented mother’s hospital bills. Loved the book, loved the movie also; realizing dark comedy might be my favorite genre.
